Leandra Tidwell, Principal

Leandra Tidwell is the founder and lead designer at LT Design. Leandra specializes in brand identity development, environmental graphics, and website design. Leandra has many years of experience art directing, managing teams of designers, and working closely with developers, printers, and fabricators.

Prior to founding LT Design, Leandra was the most senior designer working with renowned designer Rocco Piscatello at Piscatello Design Centre in New York City. During her seven year tenure at PDC, Leandra developed a wide range of projects including the brand refresh of Mitchell Giurgola, the feature wall for NYU’s fifth avenue lobby, a comprehensive signage program for Ronald McDonald House of New York, and the website for the internationally acclaimed architectural firm Viñoly.

Leandra received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Leandra’s many academic honors include the Senior Degree Project Citation Award, the Alling and Cory Paper Award, the Presidential Scholarship, the Jantzen Family Scholarship, and the President’s Medal for Academic Achievement, awarded to the individual with the highest GPA in the graduating class of the College of Art and Design.

Jan Conradi

Jan Conradi is Professor of Graphic Design at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. Jan has been a guest lecturer and visiting design critic at many other schools, including Rochester Institute of Technology, Iowa State Rome Program, Accademia di Belle Arti Catania, University of the Arts, Alfred University, SUNY New Paltz, and Midwest Texas State University. She presents her teaching and research at conferences including AIGA Education, UCDA, TypeCon sponsored by The Society of Typographic Aficionados, and the Design Exchange International in Toronto. 

Jan's book, Lella and Massimo Vignelli: Two Lives, One Vision, was published by RIT Press in 2014. Her previous book, Unimark International: The Design of Business and the Business of Design, was published in 2010 by Lars Müller Publishers in Switzerland. In her spare time she experiments with letterpress printing.

Rocco Piscatello

Rocco Piscatello, principal of Piscatello Design Centre, is a designer who specializes in the creation of design systems that integrate brand identity, interactive digital experiences, and environmental signage for clients and cities around the world. His passion is for helping companies create great brands, products and services through the power of design.

Prior to starting his own practice in 1997, Rocco worked with the legendary designers Lella and Massimo Vignelli at the international design firm Vignelli Associates.

Rocco’s award-winning work has been published and exhibited extensively in the United States, Europe, and Asia, and has been cited for excellence by the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD), Communications Arts, Graphis, HOW, PRINT, and the Type Directors Club.

Rocco’s poster works are part of AIGA’s National Design Archives, Library of Congress, Milton Glaser Design Study Center, Vignelli Center for Design Studies, and numerous private collections.

Hillary Reilly

Hillary Reilly is the Senior Art Director of Ironmark, a multi-dimensional creative services company spanning marketing, print production, web design, communications, and logistics.

Hillary’s career in graphic design includes her 14-year tenure as Senior Art Director at Eason Associates, a premier graphic design studio in Washington D.C., where she developed expertise in publication design, art direction of photography and illustration, brand identity, marketing communications and corporate collateral. After a successful career helping clients put their best designs forward, Hillary formed her own graphic design business in Annapolis, Maryland, working with esteemed educational institutions, arts organizations, associations, and print companies.

Hillary’s work has been recognized with numerous industry awards including honors from AIGA, the professional association for design, and Print Magazine. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Communication Design.
